If you prefer, there is no need for the caller to know an answering service is taking the call, enabling a warmer and more sympathetic image to be conveyed. You even have a choice of background music from a library of selected specifically for funeral homes.
You’ll have options for how you prefer to receive your messages including email, text, paging, fax or our new secure Web Portal which can be accessed through your computer, tablet or smart phone. To acknowledge a message, you can simply reply “thanks, I got it” via text or email. Other services may require you to call in.
